Our story
Connect. Echt.
ConnEcht comes from two words: connect, and echt, German for genuine. That’s the whole idea: connect what your people already know, and make it safe to say what’s genuinely true.
The short version
I’m Rebeka Pál, founder of ConnEcht.
Every team I’ve worked with already had the insights it needed. What was missing was the space to share them, the courage to test them, and a way to see them through. ConnEcht gives teams all three, and makes it fun.

Why I started this
A few years ago I lost nine months of a funded project. Not to a bad idea. Not to a lack of effort. To missing clarity: nobody quite knew who decided what, and good intentions slowly ran out of time.
Later, on the board of Startup Carinthia and coaching founders and student teams, I saw the same pattern again and again. Good ideas rarely die loudly. They fade, because nobody named the owner, the date, or the thing quietly standing in the way.
That’s why every ConnEcht sprint ends with names, dates, and an honest look at what could stop you.
Why an outside view helps
I grew up in Hungary, moved to Austria, studied in Norway, and trained in intercultural management. Every move meant learning a new set of unwritten rules from scratch. It taught me to notice the habits insiders stopped seeing long ago, and to ask about them with curiosity, not judgement.
What I do today
- Board member at Startup Carinthia
- Regional lead for YEPA, running entrepreneurship workshops and mentoring teams
- Before that: venture development at the FH Kärnten Gründungsgarage, guiding teams from idea to venture concept
- Master’s in International Business & Management at MCI Innsbruck, specialising in innovation and digital business
What we believe
Your people see it first
Customers, products, bottlenecks: your team knows them up close. We help them say it out loud.
Play is serious work
Games pull people out of their routines and make honesty easier. Every game has a job.
Guide, don’t tell
We bring the questions, playful tools and flexible frameworks. The answers stay yours.
Ideas need owners
An idea without a name and a date is just a wish.
