Frequently asked questions

How long is a sprint?

About four hours, on site or online. What happens in those hours is shaped around your question; we agree on it together in the first conversation.

Who is it for?

Leadership, team leads, whole teams, or several layers one after another. It depends on your question, and we decide it together.

How many people can join?

Up to about 15 per facilitator; bigger groups with a second facilitator.

What does it cost?

The first three companies get a pilot price. You’ll know the price before you commit to anything.

What do we take home?

The ideas your team believes in, a clear picture of what’s in the way, an action plan with clear responsibilities and deadlines, and follow-up check-ins.

Can’t we just do this ourselves?

You can. Two things are hard from the inside: making the time, and staying neutral once the honest part begins. That’s where an outside facilitator helps.

Is one session enough?

For one sharp challenge, yes. We agree on the question beforehand, so the session goes into ideas and decisions. Depth comes from the follow-up.

Is this just team building with games?

The games are the method, not the point. Each one exists to spark more ideas, braver ideas or a clear choice. What you take home is an action plan.

Do you tell us which ideas to pursue?

No. Every idea and every decision comes from your team. I bring the questions, playful tools and flexible frameworks.

What happens after the sprint?

Follow-up check-ins on the action plan and, if you want to go deeper, further sprints as part of an Innovation Partnership.

Do you work online?

Yes. Online sprints run on a prepared digital board, with the same games and the same plan at the end.

Which language?

Sprints currently run in English.

Where do you work?

From Innsbruck, across Tyrol, Carinthia and beyond. Travel costs are agreed in advance.

Are you ready to unlock your team’s superpower?

Let’s start with a conversation, not a pitch.
